Welcome to petros77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the petros77 platform, including the website located at https://petros77.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services offered by petros77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

petros77 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including football, UFC, Liga Super Malaysia, and the English Premier League), lottery games, arcade titles, and related entertainment services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and petros77.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the petros77 Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain an Account:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. petros77 strictly prohibits use of its services by persons under the age of 21.
2. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent banning from the Platform.
5. No Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period.
6. Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. petros77 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided.

To register an Account on petros77, you must complete the registration form, provide accurate personal information, and agree to these Terms. petros77 reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

KYC Verification: petros77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to do so at any time at petros77's discretion. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by petros77 for compliance purposes

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. petros77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact petros77 support immediately.

petros77 supports a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT TRC-20).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of transaction) unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. petros77 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. petros77 does not control processing times on the part of third-party payment processors.
• petros77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, for which petros77 accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Member's responsibility.
• petros77 reserves the right to reject, reverse, or hold any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.

petros77 is committed to fast, fee-free withdrawals for all verified Members. The following terms govern the withdrawal process:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, or to a method verified in the Member's name through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed in under five (5) minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals typically complete within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed.
• petros77 charges no withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving payment institution are the Member's responsibility.
• petros77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays.
• Withdrawals may be held or reversed where petros77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, violation of these Terms, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances derived from eligible deposits and meeting any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

petros77 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, VIP tier benefits, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable Bonus Credits until the applicable Wagering Requirement is met.
• Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount. Birthday bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement. The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus carries an 8x wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• petros77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts or the use of another person's identity, will be voided along with any associated winnings, and the Member's account may be permanently closed.
• Referral bonuses (MYR 38 per qualifying referral) require the referred friend to complete registration with the referrer's unique code and make a minimum first deposit as specified in the promotion terms at the time.
• Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent: Bronze MYR 188, Silver MYR 388, Gold MYR 888, VIP MYR 2,688. Verification of date of birth is required. Birthday bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the Member's verified birthday date.

All games available on the petros77 Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All bets are placed at the Member's own discretion and risk. petros77 is not responsible for bets placed in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, petros77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where game data is unrecoverable, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• petros77's games use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games reflect theoretical long-term averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
• For sports betting, all bets are subject to petros77's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting procedures for all markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other available events.
• petros77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion, particularly where evidence of match-fixing, odds manipulation, or coordinated betting patterns is identified.
• Maximum win limits per bet or per session may apply to certain game types and are displayed in the relevant game rules.

petros77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies form part of our Responsible Gambling framework:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set session duration limits to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic notifications during gameplay sessions to prompt awareness of time and money spent.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and re-registration attempts will be blocked.
• Account Cooling-Off: Members may request a short-term cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) without full account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the petros77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or third parties in any game, including in live dealer environments
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other unlawful financial activity
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus arbitrage, or any coordinated strategy designed to systematically extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent
• Facilitating or participating in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or other corrupt practice affecting sports betting outcomes
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or backend systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing petros77 staff, agents, or other Members through any channel

All content on the petros77 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, audio, video, and all other materials ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of petros77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and grants no right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without the prior written consent of petros77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, petros77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

petros77's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

petros77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which petros77 accepts no liability.

petros77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 10
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating the closure

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, petros77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where the balance is determined to have been accumulated through violation of these Terms. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Member via a verified payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting petros77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing window.

petros77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, petros77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which petros77 operates. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, petros77 encourages Members to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an amicable resolution.

petros77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner. For disputes relating to game outcomes, petros77's records shall be considered the definitive reference in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
